I have a Dell Optiplex 7080 PC, with 8 GB RAM currently, and I'm planning to buy this RAM to increase the overall memory: https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-DDR4-Desktop-Memory-CT8G4DFRA266/dp/B08C4QF5N4

I wanted to buy a Crucial RAM since it seems like Dell PCs are guarantied to work with it. I just want to know if this RAM is compatible with my PC. I'm going to use it with my old RAM stick. The old one is also a 8 GB (not sure if it's crucial, it seems like it's from dell).

Also, is Crucial a good RAM brand?

It is recommended to buy RAM in matching sticks.

With that said, download CPU-Z and use the SPD and Memory tabs to discern what you have, what its timings are, and what you can find to match it if you insist on going that route.

Well crucial is a great company for rams.
My rams is crucial but i don't think it's great for your case simply because your PC is all-in-one PC and all-in-one PC usually/always don't work if you don't give it the same ram company/speed/timing.
Even if it works you will not have 100% of ram efficiency.
Here is my advice take out your ram stick and go to the nearest pc store or something similar and buy the exact same one
.
Even for us it's common problem for Gaming PC owner.
