Is this RAM compatible with the ASUS Z97-A Motherboard?

Hi all!

I'm interested in the ASUS Z97-A Motherboard linked here:

I plan on using this RAM linked here:

Is this RAM compatible? Please note, I already have this RAM, that is why I want to use it. This way I do not have to buy new RAM. I have four sticks.

I am concerned since this RAM is SDRAM and not DIMM

Yup, it should work OK for you. I would get at least a 2x4GB memory kit, though.
