Is this RAM compatible?

I have Asus P6T motherboard.
I already have 2x2GB mushkin 998659 RAM
And only simmilar I have found online is 2x2GB mushkin 998778es RAM.
So if I put all 4 in will they work together? Will I have 8GB of RAM or not?

I would not mix and match ram cards as there is no guarantee it will work.
