Take a look at the Memory QVL (Qualified Vendor list) found on the ASUS site here: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P5G41TM_LX/HelpDesk_QVL/

If it's not any of the lists then it's not supported. Can you use it, maybe, but why try if you can find memory that is supported.
