And also are all HyperX Kingston DIMM RAMs available in kit of 2 are dual channel? Does the same apply for the RAMs available in kit of 4 i.e. are they quad channel?

Kit HX316C10FC28 is intended for dual channel.

Likewise other kits of 2 modules are also intended for dual channel. Four module kits are intended for quad channel operation.
