Is this Ram FB-DIMM and will it work with this Mobo?

Apparently this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121330 I am going with only takes FB-DIMM DDR2-800/667. Please see specs on this mobo. So is this ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145034 FB-DIMM approved???

Also can anyone tell me if this same mobo will take a Quad core CPU. It doesn't exactly say it does, but in some of the reviews it sounds like they are talking like it will. I want to put this CPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117161 with this board. Is it fully compatible? I matched up the FSB and socket 771 and I believe that should be it to work right as long as it will support a Quad COre at this speed? Please let me know. Thanks

Like any computer part, it will be clearly labeled as to what type it is.
The one you linked to is not FB-DIMM, it is standard DDR2 SDRAM memory.

Also, you should really go the Intel website and verify which FB-DIMMs are certified for the Skulltrail board as server boards can be very finicky about memory, and it's usually best to follow the munufacturer's recommendations and go with memory that has successfully gone through the certification process.

Thanks man you really helped. I checked out the intel site and so far this ram seems to check out http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104021 . Does it look good to you too for that board?

I don't have direct hands-on experience with the new dual-CPU systems, so someone with more experience will have to chime in for more definite answers, but, if it's on the list from Intel, it will work with that board.
Wish I could be of more help!

(*my last dual-CPU system was dual Pentium-III's (933-mHz each) on an Intel 810 board with a whopping 1-GB RDRAM from Kingston, so I am a bit out of the loop in this regard.)
