is this ram going to work with my mobo

I was given a ram type to purchase and I was reading that it's designed specifically for Sandy bridge cpus h67 and p67 the ram is G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL.
and my.mobo is dx4372-UR22. I am wondering if I purchase these ram sticks will it be compatible

sure your motherboard isn't dx4375-UR22? if it is then those sticks should work fine. if not i am guessing they still will by the voltages, etc...if using with sandy bridge cpu.

I don't know if I have a Sandy bridge cpu. my cpu is A6-5200 and yes dx4375-UR22 typo my bad

so yeah your don't have a sandy bridge CPU, yours is an AMD based setup. but yes those ram sticks should work!

sadly that's just the world we live in building/upgrading our own PC's. It's the risk you take.

Okay so given everything that's designed in the ram and the specs even though it says designed specifically for Sandy bridge these should still work regardless they just have a better chance of working with Sandy bridge types.

exactly. but you can also go by voltages and DDR3 speeds to check compatibility. Sadly most dram manufacuers only test their ram with a few motherboards and leave PC builders to test the rest as it were. regardless those sticks are in spec with your CPUs and motherboards requirements.
