is kingston 1333mhz good for i7 3770k i have asus sabertooth z 77 and i want to overclock cpu without Instability or should
i go for g.skill rejpaws x or g.skill sniper . i have avery good cooling system so no worry about cooling (corsair H100 cooler)

1333mhz ram should be fine...you can overclock your cpu and pretty much keep your ram at stock speeds if you want to or are worried about your ram being instable.

You should consider getting 1600MHz memory. You can get a nice speed boost by buying 1600MHz memory, and it costs just about the same as 1333MHz memory.

The biggest issue for the 2nd and 3rd generation Intel® Core™ processors with memory is to make sure that you are using memory at 1.5v ±5% (1.425v to 1.575v). So while you can run faster memory by changing the setting in the Bios, you want to make sure that you stay as close to 1.5v as possible.
