Is this ram good for OCing?

I'm getting a i52500k I want to oc it too 4.5....and as a side note how much watts of a psu would I need for this setup and can anyone recommend me a good heats ink thanks in advance

Get CM212+ for $30 which is a great deal, It's the best bang for buck too...
Dont get that RAM(In my opinion, dont), Get something like KHX because Kingston Hyper X is known to be a good RAM Overclocking... You can try Corsair but im not sure if you can OC as I never seem people OC it before...

There isn't really mcuh advantage to overclocking your RAM, you will probably see a 0-2 FPS increase in-game.

I have a 2500K and at 4.5GHz it runs at about 1.41V
Every chip is different, and will have slightly different performance and power consumption when over-clocked.

I also use a Cooler Master V6GT to cool my CPU, it works well, only downside is, it's quite large.

What kind of CPU uses over 1.4V below 4.9GHz for a SB? If I calculated right, you should be at around 1.36v for 4.5GHz....
