getting a 8gb RAM for my ryzen 1600,

1- DDR4 08GB 3000 MHZ (KIT OF1) ADATA CL16 XPG Z1 RED
2- DDR4 ADATA XPG FLAME 8Go 2400 MHZ AX4U240038G16-SBF

RAM-2 is remarkably cheaper but with lower frequency. can i get the second RAM 2400Mhz and OC it to 2933 ? is it safe in long time? or simply get the Ram-1.

XMP sets the voltage and specs to reach the 2400 speed as advertised. If the ram were capable of more, it would be sold as a higher speed item for a higher price.

Also, I really don't think you want a single stick of ram if you care about speed.

Buy a 2 stick matched kit so you can run in faster dual channel mode.

And... ryzen is picky about ram.
Pick a supported kit from the motherboard QVL list.
Alternatively go to a ram web site like adata and access their ram selection app.
Enter your motherboard and you will get a list of supported kits.

When you buy a second 8gb stick it is not 100% guaranteed to work. 85% perhaps.
Ram must be matched. If you ever want 16gb, it is better to buy a 2 x 8gb kit up front.
What is your plan "B" if you later buy a second stick to upgrade and you find it incompatible.

If you think 8gb will serve you for a while, buy a 2 x 4gb kit, it will cost about the same as a single 8gb stick
Your original post indicated an interest in performance.
dual channel is double the performance of a single stick.

Choose wisely.

1- you are right ,but 2x 4GB 3000Mhz is not available here
2- dual channel is not double performance, its just 5-7% in few situation not all, they are better in Benchmark

i will contact the same store next time i will by the second stick. its not a big deal i will figure it out later
