Is this RAM worth getting another gig?

When I first built my video editing computer, I bought a stick of this memory due to major budget issues (well actually I spent too much on the E6600):

WINTEC AMPO 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Desktop Memory - Retail

Should I invest in another gig of this or go for the big leagues and get corsair or ocz or something for more $$$. I know it looks like a piece of crap, but it overclocks perfectly to 800 5-5-5-15, and runs quite well. Is it worth it if I won't be ocing the proc much (3Ghz limit) to spend more on good memory?

Yeah, might as well! I didn't know it had full lifetime warranty! Wintec is better than it looks.

That wasn't very clear was it.... I meant no it's not worth paying for bigger brand names

UPDATE: I got the gig! I can see a major performance increase in everything I do. Now, with PF turned off, everything fits in the RAM! Everything stays lightning fast after the first load off the HD. On top of that, the speed almost quadrupled going from 1 stick to dual channel DDR2 667!
