Is this ready for 4K gaming rig?

Will this setup be suitable to run the majority of AAA games in 4K @ 45+ FPS?

i5-4690k OC 4.5ghz
ASUS GTX 1080Ti Strix OC
HyperX 16gb DDR3 1600mhz
PSU 650W

It should be good with the oc. Although consider getting a ddr4 mobo and ram.

high-very high should get you ~60FPS @ 4k, but ultra is a different story.

You are good.
The graphics card is as good as it gets.
Some games may benefit from a i7-4790K or a more modern 8th gen processor.

FWIW, I7-4690K runs only on LGA 1150 DDR3 motherboards.
