Is this really a 2080 TI in this computer? If I purchased this, would they have to send me it?

It's on backorder according to the disclaimer. And the price has been dropped by 99 cents! I'd be leery of getting it at that price w/o doing some research. I'd call and talk to someone.
For example, there's not really any specs listed to speak of.

Go directly to Cyberpower and see what they sell it for. If they even really have it.
