My mom punched my monitor because I didn’t get off the pc
its an hp pavillion 32 inch 1440p qhd monitor
is there a way to fix this at all?

Yes, you can either take aprt the monitor, find out what kind of LCD panel is in it and try and find a cheap replacement panel on aliexpress, Alibaba, eBay etc. Or more realistically just buy a new monitor.
