Hi my computer consists of:
AMD Phenom X4 9850 @3.3ghz
OCZ Vendetta cpu cooler
8gb ddr2 800mhz ram
Msi hd7770 1gb gddr5 overclocked
500gb 7200rpm HDD
Antec 450watt Psu
Bitfenix shinobi windowed case+3 extra 120m bitfenix spctre fans
Windows 8 64bit

Will I be able to play games like battlefiled 4 on 1600x900 medium with 40+ fps and battlefiled 3 on 1080p medium/high with 45+ fps thanks in advance

You will be able to play Battlefield 4 on medium/low mixture and get 40 frames, and probably Medium for BF3.
Could I know what your budget is? The GPU is very under-powered in today's standards.

Your phenom 1 is a pretty weak processor . Its a miracle its running at 3.3 Hgz at all .
No idea if it will game particularly well, but you'd have to guess that it will not . Why not play a demo and find out

The Phenom I 9850 is going to choke in many areas of multiplayer games. Expect major performance dips.

If you're asking if the game will even run, then yeah it will for sure.
But if you're asking if it will run the game smoothly, then probably not. It is a quite dated CPU, and you should look into upgrading.

Its ten years old . I doubt it can play any game from 2014 even on medium settings
