Not at high settings or resolutions. Probably 720p at most. The Radeon HD 6670 is pretty weak. The power supply that comes with it is likely crap as well.

The 6670 video card that comes with that PC can barely play Diablo 3 at 1920x1080. Therefore no, you won't be able to play BF3. My guess is the power supply is no good either.
