I'm not sure how much that graphics card goes for over there either, but in the UK, that is a ~£600 (~$900) graphics card alone, brand new ofcourse. You could probably sell it and get a brand new GTX 970 and just keep everything else and it would be a pretty good gaming rig.

so the cpu is good enough for modern gaming??

The CPU is awesome! It's basically equivalent to an i7 3770 without the iGPU and you should be able to set the core frequency so that it runs at its turbo clock all the time.

thx man..so i might negotiate with him to lower the price a bit then sell the gpu and get a gaming one...thx again

$1000 for that seems like a pretty good price to me to be fair, seems like a really good deal actually! But I'm not familiar with US prices at all so do your research and see what you could sell that FirePro for before making an offer.

Be careful. There is nothing in this build that makes it $1000. If you could sell the GPU for $400 then it'd be ok, but I don't know the selling price on that kind of hardware. The other components can be bought for around $600 but they could be overkill.

I seem to be missing the mobo in the list. What is it?
