Is this Rig good? (+ Help with MoBo & RAM)

Hello guys I'm planning on building a PC (I'm on a 580€ budget) by March.
I'd like to ask what do you think of this :
CPU: AMD FX8320 3.5-4.0Ghz 8Mb 8Core
GPU: AMD Gigabyte Radeon HD7850 OC 2Gb GDDR5 (Might put a 7870OC from Sapphire if I can)
PSU: Aerocool Templarius Imperator 550W 80+ Bronze
Case: Zalman Z11
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1Tb SATA3 7200RPM 64Mb

Now, here comes the deal:
I'm looking up motherboards and RAMs to make sure I get compatible ones , until now I'm considering this:
Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 (MoBo)
Corsair PC3-12800 1600Mhz 8GB Vengeance LP Black CL9 (2x4GB) DDR3 (RAM)

Can anyone here help me by saying if these are compatible, and if not giving me another option?

The ram should be compatible with any mobo you get, however, that mobo only supports 1066 Ram or 1333 (OC) So your ram will lowered to 1066, which is a bit slower. You can probably find another mobo that supports better ram for the same price.

Also, I've never heard of that PSU, so I'd look up some reviews before you get it.

Well' I've used PCPartPicker and It said no compatibility issues found (Before you told me to) but after I checked the Compatible RAM list on the Mobo, that RAM wasnt there so I thought: "Well, Manufacturer's over a website" so I got that doubt. I'll check the PSU and other Mobos

I've heard of Zalman, but really nothing on their psu's. I'd stick with Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA, and Antec.
Other than that, the build looks alright, you can probably find some cheaper ram (still 2x4)
i'd go with a 8320, or a 6300, and get a better GPU, but that's a personal gaming choice.

I've changed some stuff on the build now
Case: NOX NX-3 USB3.0 (+Aftermarket fans [Nox Knik 120mm] )
GPU: MSi GeForce GTX660 TWINFROZR Gaming OC
MoBo: MSI 760GM-P34 FX
And I checked a thread about PSU's and the Zalman ZM''Number''GS are I think in class 2 (It says ZM GS under 1000W)
