i want to buy a mid range gaming rig with the following specs:

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC DRAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)
Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU
Asus B85M-G Motherboard
Intel 3.4 GHz LGA 1150 4670 i5 4th Generation Processor
Carbide Series® SPEC-02 Red LED Mid-Tower Gaming Case
ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 970



and if anyone has a pc with this specs please tell me its gaming performance.......

Well, this is closer to high end rig rather than mid. Mid would be i5 4440/4460 and GTX960.

But yes, that will work.
I have FX-8350 + GTX 970, which is almost same in performance as that.

You can play anything at 60fps on 1080p high to ultra graphics.

The Crew runs 1440p 60fps on Ultra, TXAA
Tomb Raider 2013 runs 70-80fps on Ultra, TXAA 1080p
Assassin's Creed Unity runs 55-60fps 1080p, Ultra, no AA, No NVidia GameWorks features
Killing Floor 2 runs 1440p, 60-70fps Ultra.
Titanfall runs 1440p, 80fps, Ultra

To mention few games.

That 650W psu is overkill for the system. 550W would be better.
Especially since OP won't be overclocking and most likely not doing SLI.

It's cheap so I said why not. Of course it's overkill he can put even a 450watt psu in there because his system will only use 308watt as of the PCpartpicker utility.
