Which gpu should I buy Gtx 970 xfx r9 290 Gtx 960 ?
Suggest a cabinet for proper cooling
Do I need ssd and heat sink for this ?

If you getting an locked i5, you don't really need to spend that much on the motherboard. A H97 motherboard would be fine such as the ASrock H97 pro4.
Either GTX 970 or R9 290 is fine for 1080p gaming.
Case is pretty much subjective.
SSD is optional but is good for quicker boot times with windows and faster loading times with games installed on the ssd.
Getting a cpu cooler is optional but generally the stock cpu cooler that comes with the cpu is fine.
