[SOLVED] Is this RTX 2060 reliable?

I am planning on buying an RTX 2060 I saw that on new that the EVGA dual fan one's cost about $500

Then I went on B&H and saw the exact same GPU for $380.
Is there a reason why this is a lot cheaper? Would it be a good choice to buy from B&H

Because newegg isn't selling that one , look at the vendor. B&H still has stock so their price is normal.
