Is this safe to run in my water cooling loop?

Hi, I reciently built my pc and I really wanted to make a red and black build, but something different. I had some left over blood red coolant from mayhem and I fell in love with the aurora. I recently got the aurora booster from mayhem, but I don't know if it's safe to put it in my loop. Here's the one I got. https://m.newegg.com/products/9SIA9F94X20739

My loop is alpha cool x 360 radiator, ekwb evo elit waterblock, ekwb D5 glass.
