[SOLVED] Is this sata card compatible with my motherboard?

Hello there,
I would like to add more sata 3 slots to my motherboard, so that way i can add more hard drives.
My question is : Is this sata card compatible with my mother board?
Keep in mind that my PCI-E X16 slot is already being used by my graphics card.

as long as you can access the bottom slot. I'm assuming the GPU is taking two slots which will leave the bottom PCIe slot for the SATA card.

there are cheaper solutions. USB to SATA for example is what I use.

Um, no, it is asking for a 2x slot. You only have two 1x slots available. It is possible it won't fit.

If it does, it will have half the bandwidth available, so all the drives might not work at optimal speed.
