No, that board is not compatible with that CPU and the GTX 780 is going to be significantly more capable than that Pentium anyhow. You need a 200 series board, B250, etc.

Also, no way to tell if that memory is compatible, because you don't indicate whether it is DDR3 or DDR4, and what speed it is.

Do you already have the graphics card or what?

Also, you definitely don't want that Cooler Master power supply. Low quality. Get something better if you value your hardware and don't want to be plagued with issues down the road.

This is probably the minimum configuration you'd want to see with that graphics card, even though the 780 is a bit long in the tooth, as it doesn't make much sense to buy a new system but use OLD platforms. Likely a few bucks more than what you were looking at, but worth it in the long run. Probably I'd recommend an even more capable i5-8400 rather than that i3, but I suspect you have budget constraints and at least this would be miles better than than barely dual core Pentium.

Also, if you don't already have that graphics card, you certainly don't want to buy it now. That's many years old. There are likely better cards you can get, even though this is a very bad time to be building a system due to the insane prices of GPU cards and memory.
