All is good besides ram and could improve on the drive. Ryzen doesn't officially support 3000 & odd things. Try find even timings, CL 14, 16, 18 etc in speeds of 2933 or 3200.

Have you thought about an ssd? Crucial MX500 TB 2.5" drives go for a good price.

Should I choose the ram based on the qvl list of my motherboard?

No problem.

Default speed is 2133 without XMP enabled. XMP will set timings, voltage and frequency automatically. Also fyi, Cpuz or other diagnostic program will only show single data rate, meaning 1600. This is normal if you see this, just times it by two.
