Is this setup fine? any recommendations?

Hi im new to this forum and i wanted to know what you guys think bout this setup
This is my first time building my setup from the start so I can take any advice.

Intel i5 4690 / Gigabyte ga-h97m-d3h or Gigabyte h97 gaming 3 / 2x4gb 1600 cas8-9 / PSU evga 600b 80plus / Corsair case 100r / 1tb WD caviar blue

So, as you can see i have to choose which ram sticks to buy and a GPU, what would you recommend?
Also, which motherboard will be better for the bucks?
Here in my country prices are high like hell so that's more or less what I have in mind.

I would't know how to tell ya, prices and money value varies a lot from usd value here in my country..
But 700 usd I think
So im trying to get some quality products from what is available here in my country haha
