Is this setup good enough to Live stream games

CPU: INTEL i7 8700K 4.7GHZ
120GB SSD
1tb HDD
16GB 3000Mhz DDR4
ASRock Intel Z370 Pro 4 Coffee Lake ATX Motherboard​​​​​​​

With these specs would i be able to games like Fortnite at a good quality, even if it means using mid-low graphics?

Yes. The GPU may lower frames a bit due to it being slightly weaker but it is still quite good.

120 GB SSD will get filled up quickly, try for a bigger one.

Well in my current setup i actually have a 250gb EVO which i'm hoping can be paired with other ssd.

as for the PSU i'm not too sure, because the computer i have coming is https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FXPC276-INTEL-i7-8700K-4-7GHZ-120GB-SSD-16GB-3000Mhz-DDR4-MULTIMEDIA-GAMING-PC/112960569349?hash=item1a4cf98005:g:qSIAAOSwNFFa4FwT which states the PSU as '600W Rated PSU'

Will be putting GPU and few other things into that prebuilt pc

I would trust that 550w PSU over a budget 600w unit.
