[SOLVED] Is this setup good enough to stream osu!?

GPU: Nvidia GTX 550 Ti
CPU: Intel i3-2120 3.30 GHz Quad Core
1Tb HDD
Kingston 8gb 1333MHz RAM
MSI H61M-P31 (G3) Motherboard
Corsair CX750 ATX

I just need to know if i need to get a better computer

To me, your pc is very outdated, but osu! is an old game. I will just try to stream it if you have the pc now. if not enough, come back and provide your country/budget and we can offer some advice. To me, 720p 30 fps may be ok...

ok, I tried to stream an osu! gameplay right now
95% frames dropped
and yes, my pc was built in 2012-2014, i from Brazil and I don't have a budget, i just want to know if i need a better pc (that is quite obvious, i need a new computer)
