Is this sound normal for a GPU?

Hello guys, 6 or 7 months ago I bought an AMD R9 270X and I've using it since without problem, but this past month I've noticed that it starts doing a weird noise whenever I play a videogame, usually after I've been playing for 5 to 10 minutes. Is this normal? I thought that since it's hotter now on summer, it simply gets hotter so the fans do that sound, but I'm not sure. It doesn't sound like coil whine either, what do you guys think?

First of all are you Portuguese or Brazillian?

Secondly and about your problem.
It sounds like the fan is making that noise... Can you with some fan controller turn it off and see if it does that sound?

I am Spanish, altough I don't know why you ask that lol

I didn't completely turn off the fans, but I've run a game with the cpu fan speed at 20% and the sound didn't appear, but the weird thing is that when I turn the fan speed up when I'm NOT in the game, the sound doesn't appear, so it doesn't seem like it's the fans. The sound only seems to happen when I'm running a game, and the fan speed is at 50% or higher..
