is this sound normal from my psu?

so i have an evga supernova 850 g2 and it starting making this electrical noise and i know that it is not the fan. But im just asking if this is normal. when i turn the pc off it still does it for about 2 hours then it stops. but when i turn it on it does the same again.

i heard a crack in the audio... about half way in... sounded like a static arc being broadcast through the system... also at the end theres a hum...
neither of which i would be happy with...
as the psu is evga it will have an excelent warranty so take advantage of it...
you will need to email the store you bought it from and ask for a rma number and postage instructions.
if they refuse to honor the warranty email evga and request the same rma and postage (some offer paid or free return postage so ask about that if its not offered)

the crack halfway in is just me but the sound doesnt affect anything.
