Is this sound normal on a R9 270X Ati Radeon ?

Please, Hear this tell me if this is normal or I have to change my new graphic card.

At 5 seconds the sound starts. It start if I run Ati Tools.

Sounds like coil whine to me, it does that when it renders a high number of frames like during WEI or benchmarking. While coil whine is normal for graphics cards, you could certainly try RMA, though there is never a guarantee if you'd get a replacement which doesn't whine.

Not too sure but could also be a bad fan bearing, does it make that sound when you crank the fan speed up to max?

Right that ! running tests or benchmarks or really heavy 3d graphics games makes my card does that song. 😀

My PSU is OCZ Silencer Quad 750W , i did a threat about this in OCZ oficial forums becose some programs shows me bad numbers

In that case it's coil whine, you could try an RMA, but you might still get another one which makes the same whine

Finally this looks like coil whine (many people says this is inoffensive annoying little fail, including AMD support). I didn't have time to play a lot this days the new graphic card is installed from 2 days ago, and tonight after test Dishonored with some nice forced graphic effects coil whine just disappear for games!!!

I can hear this only if I run some benchmark and test software but with the last drivers and just using the graphic card this the sound is far away better now. With the metal case closed now I cant hear this 😀 😀 😀 I hope this graphic card will not die soon ahahaha thank you all againnNNNNn! and good mental energy for everybody reading this !
