I posted a video including the sound, and essentially this has been going for a while and when I went to evga, they said it might be coil whine. I showed the computer to someone else with this going on and they said this is normal. I want other peoples opinion though. If it doesn't work, please click the link underneath video.

Its the vibrating sound that I'm referring to.

im sitting right now and can hear it. EVGA said it could be coil whine. it hasn't caused any crashes or nothing, its just something ive noticed. Is it also possible that my monitor could cause this as the refresh rate isn't high enough?

Noise isn't going to cause crashes, etc.

Coil whine is normal for modern PSUs. But it shouldn't be so loud that you can hear it from 3 feet away from your PC.

What do you mean about your monitor causing it? You mean you don't know if the noise is coming from your PSU or your monitor???

Is it so loud that you can hear it when sitting at your keyboard or do you have to be right up against your PSU to hear it?

well in response to the monitor. as soon as it shows the login screen, the electrical buzzing starts.
