Is this sparkle power supply reliable and be use for gaming?

I want to use along with an i3, gtx 660, mini itx mobo, and one hard drive laptop.

It looks to be manufactured by FSP Group who make some decent PSU's but I cannot find a single review for this model, I suspect it is a low quality unit. I would avoid it in favour of another known, reviewed unit.
