Is this specification is balanced or i put some less or high grade hardware in
the list.

Assassins creed unity is bugged - even peopl with high end systems cant get good framerates

Your build is pretty good though, will be able to push medium at the very least on most current games

Add 4GB ram more and you are good to go. GTX660 will be able to push medium 900p 30fps in ACU.
