Is this spec-list worth it?

Hello, I am building a gaming PC for the first time and I just wanted another angle on my specs. How do ya'll think it will hold up against the latest games (BF4) on high settings? Worth buying these together? Researched to try to match everything nicely while staying on a $1000 budget

That would be a pretty good system, you may need to overclock the processor to get best possible frames though. I would maybe add a CPU cooler if possible.

750W PSU is prob a lil overkill as well, but not too serious.
