This is my first build. Is this specification good enough for gaming and graphics(3D) work?

Gaming: GTA V, Outlast 2, Planet Coaster, Witcher 3, Battlefield 1 2016 at 720p or 1080p @30(average) FPS with medium to high settings.

Not interested in Dual monitor, over-clocking, fancy lights, 2k or 4k or ultra settings.

Budget: $800. I am in India. Budget is stretching but it is fine. I cannot go more above that.

Specfications:

Intel - Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI - B250M MORTAR Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Kingston - FURY 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Asus - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB STRIX Video Card
Thermaltake - Versa H21 ATX Mid Tower Case
BenQ - GW2470H 23.8" 1920x1080 60Hz Monitor
SEASONIC S12II-620 -- S12II SERIES 620 WATT 80 PLUS® BRONZE CERTIFICATION WITH ACTIVE PFC
WD 1TB HDD

total = around Rs. 59,000 = ~$920

Is this config compatible and good enough for what I want?

I also asked this on another forum, and some guy suggested me this, but since this is my first build and the budget is high, I don't want to go wrong anywhere.

Solution
faster transfer rates of data. which means faster alt tabbing, boot up, game loading. dont expect a 2x improvement. but its noticeable.

Since you're on the Kabylake platform with a B250 chipset motherboard, you can take advantage of DDR4-2400MHz ram(and kits thereof).

Other than that, your build looks fine. I might suggest a different build but since you're located in India and there will definitely be price discrepancy's due to import duty/taxes.

It is in my ballpark, but this is costing me a bit more and giving me the same amount of RAM. Can you please explain why a 2 4GB RAM is better than having an 8 GB RAM?
