I found this SSD on Craigslist for $100. I'm not familiar with any other info other than it says "GOOD" for the Health Status. Is this a good deal for the money?
Normally it would cost ~ $300.
Think about it - who would sell $300 worth of hardware for 1/3 of the price?
This is either:
A. a scammer (a lot of them on craigslist)
B. an idiot that doesn't know the value of the product being sold (also a lot of them on craigslist)
Yes - it's really suspicious.
You'd probably get some completely different product - different model or one that's broken.
You'd have to be able to check SMART data and run some tests upon purchase.
And make sure you can get your money back, if there's some problem with the product.

Gotcha.
But looking for at the info from the picture, is there anything that indicates that the SSD is bad? I have no idea how to read all that info in the columns from CrystalDisk.
That screenshot is good.
If there's a problem, Crystal Disk would show SMART parameter in a different color - yellow or red.
Ok. I'm planning on using a USB 3.0 enclosure and run Crystal Disk Info to look at the drives he has for sale. Should I use any other program to test the drive?
He says he runs a computer repair shop and will accept returns within 14 days if there are any problems.
The reason he says he's selling them cheap is because they are the older model and they are no longer in warranty with Crucial/Micron.
