Is this PSU suitable for a Intel Core i5 CPU?
Its just since I've heard of people buying PSUs, turning on there PC finding out it doesn't work because it isn't compatible with there CPU...

The Colors-IT 650w Titan appears to be a psu that is only sold in the UK and maybe on the continent. It is not available in the USA. In addition, I could not find any competent technical reviews so I cannot make a valid recommendation.

Perhaps one of our UK members can make a recommendation.

Never think cheap for PSU - if you're over budget drop/reduce something else.

Do some reviews on 650W PSUs and see what's recommended, but you're looking at at least £75 for a PSU.

A 650 watt PSU may be more than you need.

My system currently runs fine on a 450w psu, however I am going to overclock my cpu to 3.8ghz. Then later i'm going to upgrade my graphics card and possibly another hard drive plus better cooling for my cpu which is why i need the extra power.

Nobody is 100% reliable because rarely do these manufacturers make their own power supplies so you'd need to find some reviews before you take the plunge.

That being said, I've not known Corsair to ever make a dud, Antec are consistent if you ignore the Basiq range and OCZ bought PC Power & Cooling who are very highly regarded.
