Is this swap worth it? (MSI GS60 6QE for a Setup)

Like the title suggests I want to know if this offer is worth it?
I bought a MSI GS60 6QE for £600 in late last year, and recently I got a offer from someone who wanted to trade their setup for it.
The specs for my laptop
i7-6700hq
16 Gb Ram
Gtx 970M
15.6 1080p ips display
120gb ssd + 1tb hardrive
Full RGB customiseable Keybaord

The setup which he wants to swap for
G4560
8gb 2666 hyper X (could possibly sell a lot)
Gtx 1050ti
650 watt EVGA 80+ bronze
Captain 120ex watercooler
256gb ssd + 1tb hardrive
Razer keyboard and mouse
Samsung 27inch curved monitor (1080p 60hz)
Corsair Void wireless headset.

What do you think I should I was thinking of selling the pc and building a new one using a used 4690k since DDR4 prices are insane and get a 980 or something. The price for the laptop I got was a steal and really need your opinions and advice.

I wouldn't, your system has a better CPU and is portable which TBH I think is a better feature, especially if you do travel with it. Plus the IPS monitors are really nice and the laptop is worth much more then what that trade is.
