Is this system Capable for high-ultra settings on AAA games 50-60fps???

I want to build a budget pc I wanted to go low end but then I thought that maybe it will be
more bang for buck if i go mid range so thus is my specs
-Amd Athlon x4 950(For future upgrades to ryzen)
-8gb GSkill 2400mhz RAM
-Zotac GTX 1060 mini
I believe it would play 1080p 50-60fps on high-ultra pls give me your opinion

That Athlon is the weakest link. Go ryzen.

You need to go for the ryzen 1200 minimum if you expect 50-60fps on newer titles.
