Is this system compatible and able to overclock?

I need to know whether the system I am going to buy (separate) is compatible, if it will run and if it is able to overclock. I will be overclocking only my gpu and CPU but probably not at the same time. Also can it run games like Battlefield 4 and crysis 3 on high settings on 1080p? Here is my system:
MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970 ATX Motherboard (PCI-E, Socket AM3+)
AMD FX 6300
MSI gtx 770 twin frozr
Crucial ballistix tactical 8gb 1866 MHz
Zalman Z11 midi tower case
XFX 550 w PSU
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO cpu cooler.

Everything should be compatible, although 550w might be a little low once you factor in capacitor aging a year or two down the road.

Should have no problems playing at 1080p.

CPU/Cooler will overclock nicely

Your CPU overclocking potential will be severely limited by the use of a 970 board, I'd be looking at a 990 board personally.

sorry I put down the wrong motherboard the actual motherboard I am getting is this: MSI 990FXA Motherboard (AM3 Processor, 32GB RAM, SB950, SATA, RAID, ATX, Gigabit LAN)
