CPU - AMD FX-6300
RAM - Crucial 8GB DDR3 (@1333)
SSD - Crucial M500 SSD

Is this system compatible and is there any major issues I could run into?

Get a better PSU...like Corsair or Seasonic 500W.

Even Corsair CX430 will be good enough
