I want a pc to play games such as bf4 on the highest settings. Would this pc be good enough?

I may get rid of the monitor and just use my tv. The resolution is 1920 x 1080. Would this setup also allow me to overclock decently? If so, I would buy a cpu cooler and extra fans to keep the case cool with the money I would be saving from the monitor

So I would be able to overclock well enough? I can always upgrade parts later on too. Also, My TV is 42" would that lower the performance I would get? Sorry, this is my first pc and I want it to be good for at least a little while.
