Is this system good for gaming?

Hard Drive: WD Caviar Black 1TB SATA3 7200rpm
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO

I know i posted befpre with another build but I changed a few things here and there and I wanted to see if this would be a good system for a budget of 650-700

Looks good. This VGA should be good for another year if you only plan gaming on 1920x1080. But try to get an SSD as well, you will love the thing 😉

it should be okay. If you are going AMD it may be better to go with the fx6300 and put any extra money into the GPU, try for a 280 or better. Also you dont need 1866 ram, 1600 is enough and it will run in dual channel, a bit faster, if you get 2x4gb instead of 1x8gb

Ah BTW is there any compatibility issues?

They should, without any issues.

Everything will work together. You won't really be able to push much of an overclock however. The Tx3 is better than a stock cooler, but it isn't the best on the market and that motherboard doesn't have the most robust power section. Everything should work, I just wouldn't try for 5ghz with this build.
