UPDATE : i just changed my mind about intel and nvidia im going for AMD FX - 6350 + AMD Graphic card but the problem is i dont know what mobo is best for AM3+ socket i want it to be cheap but work properly with other parts not to bottleneck them since ASrock is cheaper and working good for everyone i rather buy an ASrock bt i don know wich one is better

a budget pc for gaming / 3ds max (im an amature nothing special)

mobo: ASrock ???

cpu: AMD FX - 6350

RAM: 8g 1600

Graphic card: R7 260x OC 2gb

HDD: 1 tb

Monitor : 19 inch LED 1600*900

power: 550wt ???

will this pc be good enough for 3ds max rendering for an amature ?

To me this seems like a solid budget build with very good CPU and quite solid graphics card. You are apparently aware of shortcomings in terms of RAM, so I am just gonna say upgrade when you can. For starters it should do. No bottleneck here (H81 is a low-end chipset, but it will work just fine with i5 4440), if anything your bottleneck is your graphics card, but since you won't be gaming for the most part on high details on high resolutions, this doesn't really matter, it should run plenty fast on your resolution. For amateur rendering, i5 is just fine. I would invest into a decent heatsink, however, like Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Although stock one is quite fine for casual use and gaming, rendering is a very taxing thing and depending on your work it can sometimes take days of your CPU being stressed 100%.

System is so good. I will recommend if you are going to get 4 GB ram in future, take the ram of same type, it will enable the dual channel memory mode that doubles the original memory bandwidth. Which RAM you are using actually? And also the PSU? I would avoid any Corsair PSU that contains ' c ' in its model name like cx and also the vs is not good. They contains poor capacitors and transformer which can fry your mobo amd cpu. The better choice will be to take a good PSU. Seasonic and evga has great capacitors and transformer which is great for gaming and overclocking also. .... If you have a tight budget them tell your budget and a good shopping site at your area. .... :)
