Hello guys, so the deal is, I have this system:

MSI 970a 46g
AMD FX 6350 (Stock) + Thermalright Rev B Cooler (Getting like 50º Max Load during GTA V)
AMD R9 390x 8G (Stock)
Corsair CX600M

It's running for one year and a half, and it's completly fine. The problem is, during GTA V Max Settings, 1920x1080, my cpu gets 50º max (which is fine), but my GPU, while custom fan curve on, hit's 70º while fans at 80%... And I heard bad stuff about this mobo and my question is: is my mobo VRM so bad that is providing alot more heat to the GPU?

Second question: after this what should I buy first? A Corsair AX860 Platinum PSU, or a Crosshair Formula V - Z?

I'm a bit paranoid, cause I'm not rich to go out and spend 300€ (avarage) every 3 mounths on new computer parts...

PSU is definitely the first thing you need to do. I don't recommend investing more money in a dead AM3+ platform. That 390x is definitely getting bottlenecked by your CPU though, and nothing from AMD is going to change that, sadly. Hopefully Zen ends up being a winner.
Amd is a dead platform it uses alot of power and is unstable(CPU wise not gpu).
Because of that u want to pick a good psu. This corsair is a tier 3 powersupply not the most stable one for gaming + too low wattage.
Take a look at this chart http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
So a good psu would be soemthing like Seasonic s12ii evga supernova g2 700w+ powersupply or that corsair ax.

Secondly a good option would be to get an i5 4460 (lga1150)or i5 6600(lga1151) with a new motherboard.

Thank you for you answer, but assuming I'm going to stay with AMD (cause even if you don't agree with me), i've been always using AMD PC parts, and they never let me down, either in performance nor temperatures, I brought to the conversation a Corsair AX860 platinum. Is this a very good/stable PSU for gaming?

Okay, so now I have to decide between two things. Either I buy a Corsair AX860 Full modular Platinum to replace my CX600M, so the new PSU will be stable while running my FX6350 (stock) and my R9 390X, or it would be better for me to buy first an Crosshair Formula V - Z to replace my MSI 970a 46g (which I read about on the internet, having trouble with power phasing...) Which one should I buy first?

I need to make this choice, cause I don't have money right know to buy two pc parts... :(

Oh sad builder life :D

I'm probably gona buy a Corsair cause at a local Pc shop I earned some discount over that brand so... I was looking for a Corsair AX760M but the price between 760 and 860 is like 15€ difference, so I think I'm buying the higher one...

So, should I buy the PSU first? Can I relay on my MSI 970A G46 to handle not frying my CPU or GPU?

Thank you the answers. I made up my mind, gonna buy the PSU first, and w8 for the AM4 to show some results...
I already heard the term "bottleneck", but something came up my mind now.

Can my CPU damage my GPU because of bottlenecking or what it does it's just not letting the GPU run full power...?
