Is this system reached the PSU limit?

RAM: 1x2GB DDR3
1x4GB DDR3
HDD: 1x SATA 7200 RPM 500GB
Fans (with leds): 3x 120mm
1x 90mm
Mouse, keyboard: standard

PSU: Delta 400w (decent quality)
12V1, 12V2
16A 15A

192 W, 180 W

Questions: Which components are using the V1 and V2 rail. Can I put cards that uses up to 120 W or this sytem already reached the PSU limit?

I see, I presume the gpu+cpu is already too much for that rail. Would it be better off with a single rail (400W) PSU?
