Is this temperature is normal?

I don't really understand and know much about this thing. I want to know that this temperature is fine or not for my laptop. I've attached a screen cap:

try cleaning the insides with a can of compressed air. check for dust buildup.

Do I need to open the back cover of laptop to clean up?

what is laptop model? if it's under warranty, you should contact dell's customer support instead.

It's Vostro 3460 and unfortunately, it's out of warranty period.

Then this is very bad. I would definitely look at the article that de5_Roy has linked. It seems that this laptop has very bad cooling.
