Is this temperature ok for my old GTS 8600?

My old gts 8600 is about 68 degrees celcius under low usage. Is this ok?

not normal, if its old, maybe the heatsink is dirty?
or the paste dried out? it's not easy but maybe you can re-apply some thermal paste and seat it properly.

its cool i must say.
considering the GPU u hav..
its quite old and 68 is good.
if it goes above 85 then lower the settings of games to med or ultra.
