Question Is this temps normal?

Hi guys, I was checking in AfterBurner to see the temps of my pc and I saw that my cpu stays around 50⁰ while playing around and when I completely stop to move my mouse it stays 40⁰, while playing the highest temperature I noticed was 70⁰ but I was downloading a 80GB game, in daily basis the gaming temp is around 60⁰, is it normal? I am using a ryzen 5 3600X with a cooler master hyper 212 rgb edition

yea it is totally normal the non normal temperatures begins with 90 c

Normal and pretty good temps.
